HASCO volunteers recently distributed school bags and other supplies such as pens, pencils, rulers, etc.,to hundreds of school children in the Alishang district of Laghman province.  The HASCO school supplies distribution program is supported by the United Nations Women’s Guild of Vienna. Overall, HASCO has distributed school bags and other educational materials  to 3000 school children in the Kotobzai, Alishang and Karde Salao areas.

After distribution process in Karde Salao Girls school teachers and community elders of Karde Salao areas expressed their appreciation to HASCO Volunteers and the United Nations Women’s Guild of Vienna for promoting education in those areas

Karde Salau is a mountainous area located in the upper part of the Alishang Valley of Laghman province, because of its mountainous nature local community and schools has limited access to government and International assistance.
